Reports from Italy - Nemanja Matic wants Juventus transfer but Chelsea refuse

Nemanja Matic reportedly wants to leave Chelsea

Juve are seeking a new holding midfielder following their world record sale of Paul Pogba to Manchester United.

Manager Massimiliano Allegri has already admitted he is in the market for a midfielder, but insists he has options if Juve fail to make a signing.
And Italian outlet Sport Mediaset claim Matic wants to force a move away from Chelsea.

Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has been spotted sneaking out the back of a London nightclub in the early hours of the morning just days before the Blues kick off their Premier League campaign against WestAccording to the report, Matic has told Blues owner Roman Abramovich that he isn’t interested in playing for the club this season.

However, he must convince manager Antonio Conte to sell up, with the Italian supposedly having already refused an offer from Serie A champions Juve.
Sport Mediaset claim Juve striker Simone Zaza could be used as a makeweight to securing Matic in a £15million deal.

Conte is understood to be in the market for a striker and Zaza’s standing in Turin has dropped following Gonzalo Higuain’s £75m arrival from Napoli.
Paris Saint-Germain insist they will not sell Allegri’s No 1 target Matuidi, who impressed at Euro 2016 with France this summer.
Another option for Allegri is to move summer arrival Miralem Pjanic to central midfield and signing winger Axel Witsel from Zenit St Petersburg.
Witsel is supposedly desperate to leave Russia four years on from his transfer from Benfica.
